F'heels is a play on the word Feels emphasizing the connection between the body, your emotional being and the music. This class calls you to embrace the different feelings within the music. In this class you will:
• Strengthen your technique & your knowledge of stances/positions
• Heighten your musical empathy and awareness
• Diversify your body language
• Have a fun time exploring another side of ourselves!

Female Dancehall workshops will be a chance to learn and train more on female moves, the creators and their origins. We will focus on the grooves, wines and the essence that makes dancehall such a unique and irresistible movement on the dance floor. We will embody our femininity, tap into our power and challenge ourselves to take up more space! The workshops provide a safe place to dig deeper into Jamaican culture, music and support each other’s journey.
